Monika oversees ownership, administration, and daily operations, while Wojciech brings field leadership built through years as a jobsite foreman, project manager, and licensed DOB Special Rigger and Construction Superintendent. Together, their leadership keeps projects organized from mobilization through closeout.

Owner & Operations Lead
Monika joined WKR in 2020 with extensive management experience and took over the company's administrative responsibilities. As owner, she now oversees daily operations, builds working relationships with building owners, property managers, and architects, and keeps documentation, mobilization, demobilization, and closeout processes moving without avoidable delays.
Founder & Field Leadership
Wojciech founded WKR Construction Inc. in 2013 after building strong relationships with building owners and architects through his work as a jobsite foreman and project manager. His hands-on knowledge of field operations, daily jobsite management, and critical decision-making supports efficient execution and high construction standards.
